Many Thanks From the Helm!
What an unprecedented year we've had!
Despite the challenges, we've still found ways to hold our regular board and membership meetings (via Zoom) and participate in distanced sailing races periodically, as well as some other events.
It's wonderful that we can get through the rough patches and look to the bright side with the support of the great group sailors here at TSS! With this in mind, I offer my sincere thanks to the officers, board of directors, dockmaster, and committee chairs who gave of their time and talents to keep the club running well. I also offer a welcome to those who are returning to service and coming aboard this year in those positions. Thank you,, especially, to my lovely better half, Janet for your support and encouragement, and to the members of TSS for giving me the opportunity to take the helm of this great organization.
As we move into the new watch with anticipation of a return to the activities and fellowship we’ve been missing this past year, it is with a renewed appreciation for the many facets of activities, opportunities, and friendships that make us a unique and very special organization. Fair winds!
